• Kyte Lester Appointments confirms that we comply with all applicable laws relating to slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking, including in particular the provisions of the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015 and that we do not engage in any practice that may be inimical with such laws.

• Kyte Lester Appointments confirms that we have taken and will continue to take all appropriate steps to ensure that such practices above are not taking place in any of our own businesses or supply chains, or in any associated organization, sub-contractors or person connected with either of them.  

• Kyte Lester Appointments do not sub-contract.  We do not have any supply chains.  

• Kyte Lester Appointments confirms that we do not use child labour or vulnerable and unprotected persons (as a result of mental or physical illness), or engage any workers who are younger than the U.K. minimum legal age for employment, or that, if we are not certain of a person’s age, we have reasonable grounds to believe that such person is not a child.

• Kyte Lester Appointments confirms that, if applicable, we will prepare and will continue to prepare annual slavery and human trafficking statements for each financial year of our organization, being a statement of the steps we have taken during the financial year to ensure that slavery and/or human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains or in any part of your own business.

• Kyte Lester Appointments undertakes, warrant and represent that we shall implement appropriate due diligence procedures for our own suppliers, sub-contractors and other participants in its supply chains to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains; and

• Kyte Lester Appointments agree to notify Jewish Care and confirm the same promptly in writing immediately upon discovering any breach or potential breach of the Modern Slavery Act or any actual or suspected slavery or human trafficking in your supply chains.
